C&G Warehouse Counter
W.W. Gay Mechanical Contractor is looking for a professional and reliable C&G Warehouse Counter. Candidate must possess a valid driver's license, be computer literate, lift at least 50 lbs., and possess good communication skills. Specific job duties include:
- Pull and prepare orders for the field personnel.
- Assist warehouse personal in check stock levels
- Communicate shortages with management and field purchasing departments.
- Accurately enter daily batches in COINS.
- Daily housekeeping.
- Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing a positive attitude
- Sales: Taking orders, processing payments, and entering orders into a system
- Inventory: Monitoring inventory, restocking, and updating product displays
- Customer support: Following up on orders, helping customers find products, and providing solutions
- Organization: Keeping the counter clean and organized, and stocking shelves
- Communication: Answering phone calls and emails
- Experience: Forklift operation
- Knowledge: Product knowledge of plumbing/HVAC pipe, valves and fittings
