Position Summary:
Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the company by maintaining the office systems and organizes office operations and procedures. Responsible for all daily paperwork, maintaining customer and vendor relationships, and reconciliation of payments.

Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the company by maintaining the office systems and organizes office operations and procedures. Responsible for all daily paperwork, maintaining customer and vendor relationships, and reconciliation of payments.
Essential Functions:
- Provides clerical support when needed to assist administrative staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents, billing, etc.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
- Troubleshoots billing issues, receivables, and purchase orders.
- Assists with vendor setup and customer portals.
- Approves office supply orders.
- Manages administrative personnel.
- Approves and keeps up with employees’ time and PTO.
- Assist with permits in surrounding counties.
- Performs other related duties.
Additional Job-Related Duties:
- Comply with federal and state law, regulations, and all Company rules.
- Participate in online and in-person training and other educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Any other job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of applicable experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires long hours sitting and using office equipment, including telephones and computers and may also require some light lifting of files and materials and carrying checks, mail, and other documentation to different departments from time to time.
- The position may also involve some repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and elbows.
Working Conditions:
- This position is normally performed in an office or jobsite office work environment, which does not subject the employee to the elements. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
- This position may require a flexible schedule, periodic overtime, and overnight travel as needed.
